Learn how to make amazing GUT HEALING foods and drinks with a live demonstration and talk. We will be making sauerkraut, kombucha, different types of Kefirs, beet kvass as well as other gut healing foods and drinks and learning about all the latest in the world of gut healing.

This is a new venue for our Waterloo support group, which is central to London and the surrounding areas.
It is only 2 minutes from Waterloo station, so easy to get to!
